We ship our products anywhere in Canada. Products are shipped by Canada Post or UPS.

SHIPPING COSTS

They are calculated directly at checkout by Canada Post or UPS.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $85 before taxes.

Unfortunately, we no longer offer local delivery. We do, however, offer FREE pickup in Saint-Constant, QC.

HeavNation is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected packages. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order (a $10.00 charge applies for incorrect or incomplete addresses). Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any problems.

DELIVERY TIME

The time between placing your order and receiving it is generally 2 to 10 working days, except in the event of stock shortage (we will inform you and propose alternatives) or at your request (e.g. if you are on vacation). Please note that order processing takes 1 to 3 days, depending on the time of year.
